Non-urgent customer service requests (such as Move, Add, and Change orders) may be submitted through the Dash Customer Web Portal. If you don’t have access to Dash, register for an account.
- For service trouble reporting and resolution.
- Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- For non-urgent issues, you may submit a service ticket via the Dash Customer Web Portal. Always call in an urgent issue for immediate attention.
Service Change Requests
- For changes or additions to an installed UCx or iPBX service.
- Hours of operation: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday.
- You may submit your request for a Move, Add, Change (MAC) order via the Dash Customer Web Portal. Use the Request and select “A change to an existing service.”
