LOS ANGELES, Nov. 1, 2017 — TPx, the premier national managed services carrier, has promoted John Lepore to director of channel sales for the New York Tri-State area.
Lepore was channel manager at DSCI when TPx acquired the company in 2016. He is an accomplished telecommunications industry executive with 20 years of experience helping companies bring new technologies to market and building channel sales programs. Prior to working for TPx, he held channel management positions at WinStar, Fusion Connect, Yipes Enterprise Services and eZuce.
TPx is in the process of building a national channel sales organization and assembling some of the industry’s best and brightest to lead the charge, hiring numerous channel managers and other personnel to support the channel in the field and assist agent partners with selling unified communications solutions, managed services and managed security services. Concurrently, TPx realigned its service provisioning organization to create an exclusive team dedicated to processing service orders, installations and escalations for TPx’s agent partners and their clients nationwide.
In his new role, Lepore will lead a team of six channel managers in the Tri-State area as well as Pennsylvania, filling the role of Carl Moore, who was recently promoted to director of national channel development. Lepore now reports directly to James Maloney, senior vice president of sales at TPx.
