Customers may request to cancel service, as permitted by applicable terms and conditions. As detailed below, all requests must be submitted in writing from an authorized user listed on the account. Customers will be billed for an additional 90 days after the date the request is received.
Cancellation by Email
Except in the event of a material breach, Customers may send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel service.
The email should contain the following:
- Account number
- Customer Name
- Location address
- Services requested to be canceled
- Reason for cancel
Request must be made by an authorized user that can make changes on the account.
