Group Paging

With Group Paging, you can dial a paging group number or extension to page all the users in a defined group.

NOTE: This service requires additional provisioning for full functionality. Contact your administrator for assistance.

To view a list of paging groups for which you have been assigned as an originator:

  1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
  2. Click Outgoing Calls on the left-hand menu.
  3. On the Outgoing Calls page, click the Group Paging link in the Advanced column.
  4. The Group Paging page opens and displays a list of paging groups.
