- Hold and Resume Calls in the Receptionist Client
NOTE: This function is not available from a remote office.
Place a Call on Hold
Move the mouse over the call and click HOLD. You can only put an active call on hold.
Resume a Held Call
Move the mouse over the call and click ANS.
NOTE: Double-clicking on a call does not take the call off hold.
