Direct Trunk Overflow (DTO) automatically redirects incoming calls to an alternate number(s) if there is a service impairment or if all agents are unavailable.
Standard DTO sends an alert to a defined email address when DTO is utilized.
Enhanced DTO is an add-on application that also enables you to route calls on a per-DID basis.
Standard DTO and Enhanced DTO are both managed through the TPx Real-Time Application portal. This portal allows you to manage configurations, set up email notifications, and view call detail usage reports.
Once logged in, select Direct Trunk Overflow (Standard DTO) or Direct Trunk Overflow Plus (Enhanced DTO) in the dropdown menu in the upper right corner to access the Standard DTO or Enhanced DTO application.
