The Group – Utilities menu of the UCx Web Portal contains items used to view or configure utilities for the group. This menu includes several Basic and Advanced utilities.
To access the Utilities menu, log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials, then click Utilities on the left options menu.
