Introduction to the Outgoing Calls Menu

The Outgoing Calls menu of the UCx Web Portal displays services used to handle your outbound calls, such as speed dial and automatic callback. You can activate or deactivate some of the services by turning them on or off on the page for the service.

To access the page for a particular service, click on the link for that service on this page.
