View Addresses

Click the Addresses link on the left side of the page to view the active addresses that TPx has listed for your company. Click the column headers to sort the addresses. To view inactive addresses, click the drop-down box at the top right of the table and change the Active option to Inactive or All.

You can view the full details for an address by clicking the address’ street name on this main list page. This page has the following sections: Main (lists address information, site contact, and access/monitoring hours); active orders and service tickets; associated assets; and a map.

Add a New Address

Click the Add link at the top right of the main table. Fill out the required fields, along with any optional fields, and click the Save button. TPx uses the US Postal Service for address validation, so you may receive an error message if the address cannot be found or is incomplete.

Edit an Existing Address

Once the address’ page is loaded, authorized users will see Edit links next to each field (except for USPS validated fields). Use this link to make any updates as needed.
