Requests Menu in Dash Customer Web Portal

The Requests section of Dash allows you to open a Change Request, Billing Inquiry or Service Ticket.  It also displays the progress of all open requests.

To open a new request, click Requests on the main menu on the left side of the screen. Then, select from one of the request types:

  • Change Request: You can request one or more changes in one or more Groups at one time. Typically a request will turn into an Order, so you can check progress on the Order page.
  • Inquiry: Use this for billing inquiries or general questions.
  • Service Ticket: Use this to report trouble with your service. Once it’s reported, you can return to the Service Tickets page to check on progress at any time.
