Test Call in UCx for Desktop

To verify your voice quality in the UCx for Desktop client, you can place a call to TPx’s call quality test line. Click the Calls option in the main window menu bar, then select Test Call. An automated greeting prompts you to record a message, then plays your message back to you.

If you do not hear the automated greeting, this may indicate a problem with your headphones or your computer’s speakers. Confirm that UCx is using the correct output device.

If you do not hear your own message played back, this may indicate a problem with your microphone. Confirm that UCx is using the correct input device.
