New (3.9.8) vs Legacy (22.6) UCx Mobile Client for iPhone and iPad Differences

Settings

Call Settings – Incoming Calls
  • Dedicated sub-menu for Incoming Calls that better matches the desktop experience.
Call Settings – Outgoing Calls
  • Dedicated submenu for Outgoing Calls that better matches the desktop experience.
Call Settings – Voice Mail
  • Set number of rings, email notification, carbon copy, and ’0’ out of voicemail, directly from the mobile client.
Setting – Call Control
  • For Call Center Agents, they can now login/out of queues under the Call Control submenu.
  • Anywhere has also been moved under Call Control
