Workgroup Monitoring provides live reporting on a subset of users, including detailed reports on inbound and outbound calls for each user within the defined group. The application is designed to manage a small group of users who perform daily call tasks, such as a customer service or sales team.

NOTE: These instructions review the standard configuration of Workgroup Monitoring. If TPx has customized this application for you, you may have access to additional reports and/or features which are not covered in this guide. To request a custom configuration, contact your TPx Account Executive or call 866-438-3724. 

Authorized users can access and manage the Workgroup Monitoring service through the TPx Real-Time Application portal. Once logged in, select Workgroup Monitoring in the dropdown menu in the upper right corner to access the Workgroup Monitoring application.
