Adding a request in the Dash Customer Web Portal gives you the ability to initiate a MAC (move, add, or change) order and submit a basic service ticket. Your request will be picked up by a member of the responsible group at TPx, who will create the appropriate order or service ticket as needed.
To find your Users, Telephone Numbers (TNs), and Bundles in Dash:
Click the Addresses link on the left side of the page to view the active addresses that TPx has listed for your company. Click the column headers to sort the addresses. To view inactive addresses, click the drop-down box at the top right of the table and change the Active option to Inactive or All.
Click the Contacts link on the left side of the page to load the active contacts that TPx has listed for your company. Click the column headers to sort the contacts. To view inactive contacts, click the drop-down box at the top right of the table and change the Active option to Inactive or All.
The initial customer page in Dash has navigation links on the left and a list of active items on the main/right side of the page. This section lists active customer requests, active orders, active service tickets, and active projects. Use the Add link at the top right of the Active Customer Requests section to add a new request to the system.
