Collection of Information
We collect and retain the following categories of personal information necessary for us to provide the services that our visitors have requested. We also collect personal information from our California employees, as required to comply with federal, state and local laws governing employers, and to fulfil our legal obligations as an employer. Access to, Correction of, or Requesting Deletion of Personal Information
Upon our receipt of a verifiable request from a California resident, as provided by applicable law, you can obtain access to the personal information about you which we have in our files, or which we have used or disclosed. If you think that any piece of personal information that we have collected from or about you is inaccurate, you may notify us in writing to request that it be corrected. We will investigate your request and make appropriate changes as needed. You may also request deletion of your personal information that is collected and maintained by TPx, as provided by applicable law.

For account holders, you may be asked to verify your identify through the existing authentication procedures of your account, and you may be re-authenticated before we can disclose information or delete your information.
For non-account holders, we will verify a consumer’s identity by matching at least two or three consumer-provided data points with data points that we maintain, depending on the sensitivity of the information involved.
No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell any personal information to any third parties, and have not done so during the preceding 12 months.
Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights
You have a right to receive non-discriminatory treatment from TPx if you exercise any of your privacy rights conferred by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
If you are a California consumer, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf.
