The SOAR Program is focused on driving sales through our operations teams and rewarding for successful won business. We are utilizing our operations teams’ interactions with our customers, to drive sales when they see an opportunity.

Once a deal has been closed, a reward will be given back to the staff member who submitted the lead based on the value of the sale. MRC Sale – For every $1 sold from a lead, staff will be rewarded with 100 points. NRC Sale – For every $1 sold from a lead, staff will be rewarded with 10 points.
