View Call History

By default, call logs are grouped into Placed, Received, and Missed calls.

  1. In the Call Console, click Call History Receptionist - Call History button.  The Call History dialog box appears displaying your past calls.

  2. By default, Missed calls are displayed. To show calls in another group, select that group from the Show drop-down list.

Delete Call Logs from Call History

  1. In the Call Console, click Call History Receptionist - Call History button to open the Call History dialog box.
  2. To delete all call logs, click Delete All.
  3. From the Show drop-down list, select a grouping.
  4. To delete a selected log, click Receptionist - Delete Call Log button next to that log.
