The Existing User Services feature of the UCx Web Portal allows an administrator to assign or un-assign services and service packs from all existing users.
WARNING: There are many consequences to making this type of change. Please contact TPx before you make any changes.
To view the Existing User Services page:
- Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials.
- Click Resources on the left menu.
- On the Resources page, click Existing User Services in the Assignment column.
