Internal Calling Line ID Delivery

Internal Calling Line ID Delivery displays the calling line name and number for callers from inside your group.

  1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
  2. Click Incoming Calls on the left-hand menu.
  3. On the Incoming Calls page, click the Internal Calling Line ID Delivery link in the Basic column.
  4. The Internal Calling Line ID Delivery page opens.
  5. Internal Calling Line ID Delivery defaults to On. If you would like to deactivate this service, click Off.
  6. Click OK or Apply to save changes.
