Introduction to the Call Control Menu

The Call Control menu of the UCx Web Portal displays many services used for call control, including three-way and N-way calling, hoteling and flexible seating, and music/video on hold. You can activate or deactivate some of the services by turning them on or off on the page for the service.

To access the page for a particular service, click on the link for that service on this page.
