Barge-In Exempt

Barge-In Exempt allows you to block barge-in attempts from other users with Directed Call Pickup with Barge-in.

1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
2. Click Call Control on the left-hand menu.
3. On the Call Control page, click the Barge-In Exempt link in the Basic column.
4. The Barge-In Exempt page opens.
5. The default for this service is On. To disable this service, click Off.
6. Click OK or Apply to save changes, or Cancel to exit without saving.
