Flash Call Hold allows you to dial a feature access code to hold and retrieve calls when using a simple phone without call control capability.
Diversion Inhibitor allows you to inhibit the remote party's redirecting of a call through the use of a Feature Access Code. This can only be used for calls within a Group or Enterprise.
Directed Call Pickup with Barge-In allows you to dial a feature access code followed by an extension to pick up or barge-in on a call to another group member. If the call has not been answered, then it is picked up. If the call has been answered, then barge-in occurs.
Directed Call Pickup allows you to dial a feature access code followed by an extension to pick up a ringing call to another group member. You can pick up a call to anyone in your group as long as it has not yet been answered.
Customer Originated Trace allows you to dial a feature access code to issue a trace to TPx for your last incoming call.
Call Waiting allows you to receive another call while you are on the phone. When this feature is enabled, you will hear a beep indicating a new call has arrived.
When Call Transfer Recall is configured, you can ensure that the calling party is handled by a live person (either the intended destination or the receptionist) by avoiding sending the calling party to voicemail.
