Launching the Call Center Client

The Call Center client can be launched from the UCx Web Portal and from any supported web browser.

Launch from Web Browser

Visit https://callcenter.dsci-net.com/ and provide your user credentials on the Sign-In page.

Launch from UCx Web Portal

NOTE: As your company administrator, you should be aware that users launching Call Center from the UCx Web Portal will have complete access to their user profile settings for key features such as Call Forwarding. If this is undesirable, direct the users to launch Call Center from a web browser.

Log in to the UCx Web Portal at ucx.telepacific.com. Click on the Launch drop-down box (located at the top right-hand corner of every page) and select the Call Center link.

Shortcuts

As a best practice, we recommend creating a desktop shortcut or web browser bookmark on the user’s workstation for ease of access. These should use https://callcenter.dsci-net.com/ as the web address for the client login page.
