Managing Locations for Call Alert Notifications

Log in to the TPx Real-Time Application portal and click the Location tab to view all Users and Stations within the enterprise.

Each row or user contains the Group ID number, the Department, the Telephone Number, the First Name, the Last Name, and the Location.

We strongly recommend editing the Location information to provide a more relevant description of each Station’s location (such as “1st Floor,” “Boston office,” etc). This information can help internal personnel to pinpoint the location of the call in order to respond and direct first responders immediately.
