Send an Email to a Contact in the Receptionist Client

Receptionist allows you to send e-mail messages to contacts that have messaging configured in the system.  You must also have the Messaging feature enabled within Receptionist. To configure this feature, go to the Settings – Messaging tab.

To send an e-mail message to a contact:

  1. In the Group/Enterprise or Favorites directory, click on a contact that has an e-mail address configured.
  2. Click the EMAIL button for the contact.
  3. A new e-mail window opens. Write and send your message.
