TPx Creates Exclusive Service Provisioning Team for Agent Partners

LOS ANGELES – August 23, 2017 — TPx, the premier managed services carrier (formerly TelePacific), announced today that it has realigned its service provisioning organization to create an exclusive team dedicated to processing service orders, installations and escalations for TPx’s agent partners and their clients nationwide.

TPx has a strong core competency in service delivery, consistently completing approximately 1,000 orders per month. With nearly half of those orders coming from its agent channel, the realignment will enhance agent experiences and communications as TPx accelerates its channel sales development and expansion throughout the country.

Yvette Barreto, an experienced TPx service delivery manager, has been promoted to spearhead the new group as director, agent channel provisioning. Since her arrival at TPx in 1999 as a project engineer, Barreto has dedicated herself to customer satisfaction and has a proven track record of partnering with agents to successfully complete installations.

Barreto understands, and will emphasize throughout this team,  that enhanced communications and coordination with agents will especially be key as interest in TPx’s UCx cloud-based unified communications and ITx  managed IT services continues to grow among agents and their clients nationwide.

“Provisioning these complex services requires a special level of support and communication with agents throughout the process,” said Ken Bisnoff, senior vice president, strategic opportunities at TPx. “Based on Yvette’s remarkable track record and the confidence she has inspired in our agent partners, she’s the right person to lead this effort. Yvette and her team will deliver for agents and their clients, and then some.”

“Yvette embodies what it means to be ‘partners,’” said David Wallace, president of Aligned Communications, a Texas-based telecommunications consulting firm and master agency, said “Yvette embodies what it means to be ‘partners.’” “The Aligned Communications team and agent community are demanding that we hold our carriers to extremely high standards, Wallace said. “Yvette not only meets, but consistently exceeds, those standards for quality assurance in clean installations, holding her team accountable for exemplary customer experiences, and refreshingly open and honest communication.  These qualities have obviously served her well as she continues to succeed at TPx. We are thankful that we have such an amazing partner and friend in Yvette.”

Matt Johnson, director of service delivery for QOS Consulting, a California-based telecom agency with more than 2,500 successful implementations, also was pleased to hear about Barreto’s promotion to lead TPx’s agent provisioning group. “I’ve worked with Yvette for quite some time and she always keeps the customer’s best interests as her top priority,” Johnson said. “We expect Yvette to be very successful working exclusively with the channel as she genuinely values agent relationships and understands how to deploy the sophisticated solutions that our clients need today. We know she’ll be phenomenal in her new role and look forward to continued success working with her and TPx.”

Barreto’s new agent provisioning team brings together several project managers, coordinators and engineers with an average 14 years of experience liaising with agent partners and customers to manage service orders, installations and escalations.

“We’ve assembled a top-notch provisioning team to exclusively serve the agent community,” said Barreto. “Every team member takes pride in rolling up the sleeves and doing what it takes to complete installations as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most of them already have years of experience supporting agents and have developed strong relationships with them as a result. They enjoy communicating and collaborating with agents, and will do whatever it takes to provide them and their clients with exceptional service.

“Nearly 50 percent of TPx sales come from the agent channel, but our group is chomping at the bit to do everything we can to increase that percentage significantly. Attitude is key and our team has plenty of it. We don’t take no for an answer. There is always a way. We intend to win over even more agents and their clients by empowering them to be successful at what they do best.”
