Built for Teams That Need Endpoint Protection Without More Operational Burden

Managed Endpoint Security gives your organization a managed service for endpoint protection, not another platform your team has to manage on its own. SentinelOne powers the detection and response technology, while onboarding, technical support, and service coordination are managed through the service lifecycle.

Know Where to Focus

Spot suspicious activity sooner before it becomes a larger problem.

Spend Less Time on Alert Review

Give your team more context so they can prioritize and focus on what needs review.

Support That Fits Your Team

Choose the level of managed support that fits your team.

Endpoint Protection Managed Across the Service Lifecycle

Endpoint security shouldn’t feel like another platform your team has to figure out. From initial planning through ongoing support, the service follows a structured onboarding and support process, giving your team a clear understanding of what’s happening, who’s involved, and what comes next.
Assess
Every environment is different. We start by understanding your environment, including endpoint scope, deployment needs, key contacts, and response authority preferences.
Deploy
The platform is configured for your environment, while your team coordinates agent deployment to the endpoints in scope. Onboarding, platform configuration, and service setup are managed as part of the implementation process.
Support

Once the service is live, ongoing platform administration, service requests, and technical escalations are managed through the service. With the Advanced solution tier (EDR + MDR), 24/7 analysts monitor, investigate, and coordinate response to validated threats.

Support Where It Matters Most

Security alerts, ransomware concerns, and limited after-hours coverage can overwhelm your team. Managed Endpoint Security is designed to provide practical support to make those challenges more manageable.

Faster Threat Containment

Identify suspicious endpoint activity earlier, giving your team more time to investigate and contain threats before they become larger incidents.

Time Back for Your Team

Behavioral detection and attack context make it easier to focus on the activity that deserves attention , instead of spending valuable time sorting through routine endpoint alerts.

Coverage Beyond Business Hours

With the Advanced solution tier (EDR + MDR), 24/7 analysts help monitor, investigate, and coordinate response to validated threats when your team is unavailable.

Choose the Endpoint Security Support Model That Fits Your Team

Every IT team has different responsibilities, resources, and security priorities. Choose the solution tier that matches how your team manages endpoint security – with the flexibility to add 24/7 analyst support as your needs evolve.

Why Managed Endpoint Security

Choosing an endpoint security solution also means choosing how it’s supported. That support influences how quickly issues are addressed, how clearly they’re communicated, and how much responsbility stays with your team.

Managed Endpoint Security FAQs

Managed Endpoint Security helps protect the devices your team uses every day, including laptops, desktops, servers, workstations, and virtual machines. Managed Endpoint Security combines SentinelOne-powered endpoint detection and response technology with managed onboarding, technical support, escalation, and service coordination.

Endpoints are often where cyber threats begin. Attackers can use a laptop, desktop, or server as an entry point to access data, disrupt operations, or move across the network. Protecting endpoints helps your team identify suspicious activity sooner and respond before threats become bigger problems.

Endpoint Management keeps devices patched, monitored, and performing reliably. Managed Endpoint Security focuses on detecting, investigating, and responding to endpoint threats. Together, they give your team a more complete approach to maintaining device health while improving visibility and response.

The Standard solution tier (EDR) is designed for teams that manage alert investigation and response internally but want stronger endpoint visibility and detection. The Advanced solution tier (EDR + MDR) adds 24/7 analyst-led monitoring, investigation, proactive threat hunting, and incident coordination for organizations that want additional support.

MDR is included only with the Advanced solution tier. The Standard solution tier includes EDR along with platform support, and service coordination, while your team remains responsible for investigating alerts and driving response.

Managed Endpoint Security can help detect ransomware behavior, contain affected endpoints, coordinate response actions, and support remediation guidance. SentinelOne rollback may help restore impacted files on supported Windows systems when available and applicable, but ransomware recovery is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the SentinelOne agent is deployed to in-scope endpoints unless the customer is also subscribed to TPx Endpoint Management or an approved migration plan is in place.

No. Managed Endpoint Security is designed to extend your team, not replace it. Your organization remains in control of business decisions and response authority, while the service provides the level of platform management, investigation, and response support that matches the solution tier you choose.
