External Calling Line ID Delivery

External Calling Line ID Delivery displays the calling line name and number for callers from outside your group.

1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
2. Click Incoming Calls on the left-hand menu.
3. On the Incoming Calls page, click the External Calling Line ID Delivery link in the Basic column.
4. The External Calling Line ID Delivery page opens.
5. External Calling Line ID Delivery defaults to On. If you would like to deactivate this service, click Off.
6. Click OK or Apply to save changes.
