Call Recording Platform

NOTE: If you have Call Recording assigned to any users in your group, you will see this option in the UCx Web Portal. However, there are no settings you will need to change.

To view the call recording platform assigned to the group:

  1. Log in to with your group admin credentials.
  2. Click Resources on the left menu.
  3. On the Resources page, click Call Recording Platform in the Configuration column.
