Physical Location

NOTE: To make changes to these settings, please contact your group administrator.

Physical Location allows proper support of emergency calling in countries and regions where your location cannot be derived from your phone number. If the Physical Location service is configured for you, you can only make calls from the physical location designated for the calling device.

To view your Physical Location settings:

  1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
  2. Click Call Control on the left-hand menu.
  3. On the Call Control page, click the Physical Location link in the Advanced column.
  4. The Physical Location page opens. This is a view-only page.
