Your faxes can be routed by any combination of these routing rules:
- Direct rules
- Directory Lookup rules
- Default rule that applies a default routing to faxes that do not meet the criteria of any other rules
Routing follows the order of the Incoming Routing Table to optimize the fax routing flow according to your needs. Also, each rule can be set to continue or stop the routing when the fax entry matches the rule.
Routing destinations (internal users) must be configured before you update the Incoming Routing Table.
