The Third-Party Voice Mail Support feature of the UCx Web Portal allows an administrator to configure a third-party voice mail system for a group.
WARNING: There are many consequences to making this type of change. Please contact TPx before you make any changes.
To enable or disable this feature:
- Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials.
- Click Services on the left menu.
- On the Services page, click Third-Party Voice Mail Support in the Advanced column.
- Click On or Off.
- Click OK or Apply to save changes, or Cancel to exit without saving.
