These General Terms and Conditions are only applicable to customers who have executed a Service Order with TPx. Service Specific Terms
The Service Specific Terms set forth the Service Descriptions and other service-specific rights, responsibilities and rules. These Service Specific Terms are only applicable to customers who have executed a Service Order with TPx. Tariffs
For certain services that are regulated by the FCC or State Public Utility Commissions, TPx enters into tariffs (open contracts between TPx and the public) which are filed with the applicable regulating body.
