USE THIS FORM TO:
To submit your Notice of Non-Renewal or Termination Notice to TPx regarding some or all of your services.
Please DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO:
- Move or Terminate elements of the services (i.e. – certain Service Features, Add-On Features, or Entitlements). For these actions, please submit a Support Request via the TPx Customer Portal or open a Support Request.
- Provide TPx with a notice of payment dispute or other notice of material breach. You must follow the applicable notice and dispute provisions included in the agreement, which ensures that TPx can promptly and appropriately review the notice and respond accordingly.
