Group Administrator Tasks and Responsibilities

As a customer of TPx’s UCx or iPBX service, you have the power to customize and configure your own services. By self-managing your service, you can quickly take care of many changes without having to contact TPx Customer Care (although we are always ready to help if you need it!).

The Group Administrator can make many service/feature changes, including:

• Manage Groups and Departments
• Manage User Accounts and Settings
• Manage Schedules
• Manage the Group Announcement Repository
• Manage Call Park Settings and Groups
• Modify Existing Auto Attendants
• Modify Existing Hunt Groups
• Modify Existing Calling Plans
• Configure Dialable Caller ID
• Add Account/Authorization Codes
• Add Call Pickup Groups
• Modify existing Call Center groups
• Modify Feature Access Codes
• Customize Music/Video on Hold
• Import Phone Lists for Directories
