SaVida aims to make treatment more accessible by increasing its footprint and opening more locations in communities that need it. To accomplish its goal, the healthcare organization continues to grow, adding several locations every year.
When Robert Gardner, IT Manager of SaVida Health, joined the organization three years ago, its network included five locations. However, plans for more locations were already in the works. Today, SaVida has 42 locations, predominantly in rural areas of the Northeast and Southeast.
Creating an IT Plan to Support Growth
As the organization’s sole IT professional, Robert knew he needed a simple, standardized IT template he could replicate at all SaVida locations for any expansion to be successful. Any solution required minimal hands-on maintenance.

Despite an incredible growth period that saw the addition of nearly 40 new locations in three years, Robert is still an IT team of one.
