Hilary Gadda Promoted to Director of National Channel Development for TPx

LOS ANGELES – August 31, 2017 – TPx, the premier managed services carrier (formerly TelePacific), has promoted long-time TPx channel director Hilary Gadda to director of national channel development.

Gadda will report to Jim Delis, senior vice president of national channel development, who joined TPx in May to oversee the company’s aggressive channel investments and acceleration of its national presence as the nation’s premier managed services carrier.

“Hilary is a 14-year veteran at TPx and has been a key enabler of the company’s triple-digit channel sales growth and national growth since acquiring DSCI last year,” said Delis. “She has deep relationships with master agents across the country and will play a vital role in further strengthening those relationships as we continue our national expansion.”

Gadda is a proven channel leader at TPx and widely respected in the telecom and IT industries. She recently was named to CRN’s prestigious Women of the Channel list for the second consecutive year and serves as president and co-founder of Women in the Channel (WiC). She also has served on CompTIA’s Advancing Women in IT (AWIT) Executive Council as well as the organization’s Vendor Advisory Council.

In her new role, Gadda will broaden TPx’s relationships with national and regional master agencies and focus on strengthening and supporting their marketing initiatives, agent recruitment, onboarding and training programs. She stressed this point as incredibly important for channel partners that are relatively new to TPx.

“Working with CompTIA and WiC over the past several years has introduced me to new markets and many channel partners that have only recently entered the TPx orbit,” she explained. “These companies – many of them IT and managed service providers – have never worked with a managed services carrier partner as capable and supportive as TPx.”

TPx’s acquisition of leading managed service provider DSCI in 2016 gave the company an eastern footprint that complemented its traditional western and Texas markets.  The company’s early adoption of software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) technology has further enhanced its ability to serve multilocation customers with national requirements. These and other recent investments present TPx channel partners with enormous opportunities, according to Gadda.

“Over the years, I’ve worked with many master agents and strived to make sure they have the products, tools and support they need to successfully serve their clients and grow their own businesses,” Gadda said. “And we’ve had a tremendous run considering that channel sales account for nearly half of TPx’s annual revenue. Now that we have a national footprint with UC, managed IT, continuity and connectivity solutions second to none, we’re going to take it to another level.”
