Ken Bisnoff and Jim Delis of TPx Recognized as 2019 CRN Channel Chiefs
LOS ANGELES, February 19, 2019 – TPx Communications, the premier national managed services provider, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named two TPx channel executives – Ken Bisnoff and Jim Delis – to its prestigious list of 2019 Channel Chiefs. The top IT channel leaders included on this list continually strive to drive growth and revenue in their organization through their channel partners.
Each of the 2019 Channel Chiefs has demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and commitment to their channel partner programs. Channel Chief honorees are selected by CRN’s editorial staff as a result of their professional achievements, standing in the industry, dedication to the channel partner community, and strategies for driving future growth and innovation.
This is the third consecutive year that Bisnoff, TPx’s senior vice president of strategic opportunities, has been named a CRN Channel Chief. Delis, TPx’s senior vice president of national channel development, has been on the list for the past two years.
Bisnoff was recognized for his leadership in helping TPx achieve a marked shift in the makeup of sales from the company’s channel partner community. In 2018, TPx’s managed services sales grew from less than 45 percent in the first quarter to more than 65 percent by the fourth quarter. Delis was honored for his role in working with existing and new national and regional master agencies to expand TPx’s sales across the country.
Together, Bisnoff and Delis oversaw efforts to:
- Expand the TPx channel team from a leading regional presence to a powerful national team with three dozen channel managers across the country
- Leverage a vast increase in managed services specialists across each product category, effectively providing channel partners with more training and deal-level support to position them for greater success
- Invest in UCaaS, managed WAN and security training for the company’s channel managers to ensure they are subject matter experts for their channel partners, helping them to uncover and drive more rewarding customer sales

As a result, TPx’s channel partners have made sales across the United States, and TPx’s managed services products continue to grow as a percentage of the company’s overall business.
