“Our corporate office had an on-prem Exchange server that served about 175 users. Due to it’s age and the liability of maintaining it, it had to be retired. We knew we wanted to move to a hosted O365 solution, so we started to investigate resellers. We first learned of TPx through a referral, who also had a very positive experience. We were introduced to our account manager, Josh Swenson who got the ball rolling. Josh scheduled a discover call, where he made sure he understood our needs and our environment, which was quite complex. Josh put together a formal quote and scope of work that included all complexities of moving 175 users from Exchange to O365, and how to de-commissionour old server. Once we signed an agreement we were handed off to the implementation team of Stephen Purcell and Randall Walls who handled the entire set-up, migration and go-live event. I can’t speak highly enough of these two. They did a great job with project planning and handling all the complexities of our migration.
