General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions are only applicable to customers who have executed a Service Order with TPx. If you are contracted with TPx under a Service Agreement, TPx’s prior version of Terms and Conditions will still apply.

The general terms and conditions set forth the general rights, responsibilities and rules between you and TPx.
