These Service Specific Terms are only applicable to customers who have executed a Service Order with TPx. If you are contracted with TPx under a Service Agreement, the service specific elements contained with TPx’s prior version of Terms and Conditions & MSx Addendum will still apply.

The Service Specific Terms set forth the Service Descriptions and other service-specific rights, responsibilities and rules.
