Call Processing Policies

WARNING: Because Call Processing Policies also control calling line ID on 911 emergency calls, these settings should NOT be changed.

Call Processing Policies are set for you by TPx. These policies control how your calling line ID appears to parties you call.

To view your group’s Call Processing Policies:

  1. Log in to the UCx Web Portal at ucx.telepacific.com with your admin credentials.
  2. On the Group – Profile home page, click Call Processing Policies.
  3. The Call Processing Policies page appears.
