Charge Number

NOTE: To make changes to these settings, please contact your group administrator.

Charge Number allows an administrator to assign a charge number to the calls you originate; this is for the purposes of billing and record keeping.

To view your Charge Number settings:

  1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
  2. Click Call Control on the left-hand menu.
  3. On the Call Control page, click the Charge Number link in the Advanced column.
  4. The Charge Number page opens. This is a view-only page.
