The New User Services Template feature of the UCx Web Portal allows an administrator to define a set of services and/or service packs that are assigned automatically to a user when a user’s profile is created.
WARNING: There are many consequences to making this type of change. Please contact TPx before you make any changes.
To view the New User Services Template page:
- Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials.
- Click Resources on the left menu.
- On the Resources page, click New User Services Template in the Assignment column.
