Office Zone

Your Office Zone and Primary Zone are used to determine your mobile calling restrictions, roaming settings, and tariffs. You can send your calls to voice mail when you are outside of your primary zone.

To view your office zone and primary zone:

  1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
  2. On the Profile home page, click the Office Zone link in the Advanced column.
  3. The Office Zone page opens.
