TPx has developed the following standard Call Accounting reports to complement our UCx platform.

  • Enterprise Report: A high-level report showing total calls/minutes for the entire enterprise, each group, time of day, day of week, geographical call data, and top 10 users. This report does not include information on individual users or departments.
  • Group Report: A mid-level report showing total calls/minutes for a specific location (Group), each department, time of day, day of week, geographical call data, and top 10 users. This report does not include information on individual users.
  • Department Report: A report showing total calls/minutes for a department, each individual user, time of day, day of week, geographical call data, and top 10 users. You should select this report if you want to see information on users within a department.
  • User Report: A report on a single number or user. The report includes total calls/minutes for the user, time of day, day of week, and geographical call data.
  • Call Center Report: A report on a single call center queue. The report includes inbound call details, queue/hold/abandoned statistics, assigned agents, outbound agent statistics, time of day, day of week, geographical call data, and top 10 users.
NOTE: The Call Center Report is not available if you use the reporting functionality in the Call Center Client.
  • Hunt Group Report: A report on a single hunt group. The report includes inbound call details, destination user details, time of day, day of week, and geographical call data.
  • Security Scorecard Report: A report on the security of a UCx group to help protect you from the potential of toll fraud. The report audits users’ passcode and password selection, and determines if any users have Call Forward Always or Voice Portal Calling enabled. We can generate this report for you once every 6 months for free; otherwise, it can be scheduled for regular distribution.
  • CDR Extract Report: A CSV file with all call detail records (CDR) for the entire enterprise. CDRs can be filtered by group or department.

We can also create custom reports to fit your unique requirements. An additional charge is required for development time and for any future changes to the report’s configuration. Contact your TPx sales representative for details.
