Outlook Integration for CommPilot Call Manager
This feature allows you to integrate your Microsoft Outlook contacts into the CommPilot Call Manager. This enables you to:
Client Call Control
Client Call Control allows you to use third-party applications to connect to the system to perform call control and other functionality. Without this service, those applications cannot access the system.
CommPilot Call Manager
The CommPilot Call Manager is a web-based tool which allows you to initiate, manipulate, and receive calls, as well as access your user directories (including Microsoft Outlook).
Busy Lamp Field
Busy Lamp Field allows you to monitor selected members in your group or enterprise using an attendant console phone. You can also enable or disable notifications about Call Park activity against the monitored users.
