Getting Started with Receptionist Client
You can choose from two sign-in methods. Your login credentials are the same for both.
When you sign in to Receptionist or Call Center, your presence state is automatically set to Available. You can change this presence state and provide a status message to display to your contacts. The instructions are the same for both clients.
When using keyboard shortcuts, make sure that the main interface window is in focus.
Use the Settings link at the top right-hand corner of the main page to configure these aspects of the Receptionist application:

Action buttons are contextual. That means they only appear on a line/entry when you move the mouse over that entry and when the corresponding action can be performed on that entry.
This also changes your password for the UCx Web Portal.
