LDAP integration enables users to access contact names and phone numbers from an external LDAP (Light Weight Directory Access Protocol) directory.

Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your admin credentials.
Click Services on the left menu.
On the Services page, click LDAP Integration in the Basic column.
The LDAP Integration page opens. To enable this feature, click On. To disable this feature, click Off.
Click OK or Apply to save your changes, or Cancel to exit without saving.

Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your admin credentials.
Click Utilities on the left menu.
On the Utilities page, click LDAP Directory in the Advanced column.
The LDAP Directory page opens and displays your Group LDAP Directory Settings.
