NOTE: This feature requires set-up by TPx. Contact TPx Customer Care for assistance.

LDAP integration enables users to access contact names and phone numbers from an external LDAP (Light Weight Directory Access Protocol) directory.

Enable/Disable LDAP Integration

  1. Log in to voice.dscicorp.com with your admin credentials.
  2. Click Services on the left menu.
  3. On the Services page, click LDAP Integration in the Basic column.
  4. The LDAP Integration page opens. To enable this feature, click On. To disable this feature, click Off.
  5. Click OK or Apply to save your changes, or Cancel to exit without saving.

View LDAP Directory Configuration Settings

  1. Log in to voice.dscicorp.com with your admin credentials.
  2. Click Utilities on the left menu.
  3. On the Utilities page, click LDAP Directory in the Advanced column.
  4. The LDAP Directory page opens and displays your Group LDAP Directory Settings.
