Messaging Aliases

Messaging Aliases are pre-defined phone numbers which enable you to directly access your voice messaging box. In other words, the voice messaging system recognizes these numbers as if you were calling in from your office phone.

1. Log in to the UCx Web Portal at ucx.telepacific.com.
2. Click Messaging on the left-hand menu.
3. On the Messaging page, click the Aliases link in the Basic column.
4. The Aliases page opens.
5. To add an alias, click Add. Enter the phone number, then click OK.
